Our e-commerce store is now live!

We are tiding things up in the store, but all of our inventory is now in the store, so feel free to go in, add things to your cart, and check out. Our site employs a Secured Sockets Layer from GeoTrust, for encrypted ordering, and your credit card data is fully encrypted and secured from end to end, so order with confidence. We haven't moved our site into full e-commerce yet. This isn't necessarily a bad thing for you since our form allows you to place an order but only pay once confirmation of the order items is made by us.

We will set your order items aside as soon as we process your order request.

Please read over our payment and shipping details:

• New York State residents will be charged the state sales tax.
• Shipments made to addresses outside of the U.S. are according to U.S. postal rates to that country.
• Pro Multis accepts payment by credit card, money order (Western Union, USPS, etc), and personal check (from U.S. bank accounts only).
• Credit card orders must have the correct name that is on the card and exact billing address in order for the purchase to be completed.
• Postage charges are your choice. In the case of books, videos and audios we can mail media rate, which is considerably cheaper, but usually takes longer than 1st class or Priority Mail. If one is in a hurry, we recommend Priority Mail.
• In order to receive a refund in case of items lost in the mail, request for insured mail should be made at the time of ordering.
• Also, due to increases in rates in general, shipping will be based on weight and destination instead of a flat rate. If the order is a large amount, or large weight as with for example a statue, then of course it will be more. Thank you.
• Want to send credit card information by email? We recommend that customers who want to do this send us three emails: the first half of your credit card number, the second half of your credit card number, and the last email send your expiration date and CCV/check digits (the last three numbers on the back of your credit card).
